Participation
Participation in the contests on dein-gewinnspiel.ch (hereinafter referred to as the "platform") is open to all persons over the age of 18 residing in Switzerland, provided they are capable of acting and provide truthful personal information. The closing date for entries will be published for each competition within the competition. Employees of Rembrandt Digital GmbH (hereinafter "Provider"), its associated companies and agencies as well as contest clubs are excluded from participation. Also excluded are automated services, commercial or professional participants. Valid participation requires agreement to the Terms and Conditions of Participation, the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Use. The contests are not associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat or any other social media platform or company, unless explicitly mentioned.
Participation without consent to data processing and advertising purposes is possible by sending a postcard with the note for which contest the participant is registering to dein-gewinnspiel.ch / co. Rembrandt Digital GmbH / Steinackerstrasse 3A, CH-8180 Bülach.
The give away
There will be no correspondence about the raffle and the legal process is excluded. All raffles will be held in camera and the winners will be chosen at random. The winner will be notified via email, phone or messenger app (e.g. WhatsApp) within one week of the closing date. If the winner does not respond to the prize notification within 24 hours, the claim to the prize will be forfeited.
Prize
By participating in the contest, the participant agrees, in the event of a win, to receive the prize in person at the premises of the provider or another agreed location. Unless otherwise expressly agreed with the provider, postal delivery of the prize is excluded. Cash payment or exchange of the prize is not possible. All fees and costs subsequently incurred in connection with the prize must be borne by the winner. From the moment the prize is handed over, the provider and its associated companies are free of all obligations. The right to the prize is not transferable to another person.
Premature termination and exclusion
The provider reserves the right to pass on the prize if the winner has not reached the minimum age of 18 years or has provided false or untrue information. In addition, the provider reserves the right to terminate the contest at any time and without notice if there is suspicion of manipulation. Multiple entries will be deleted. Participants who violate the conditions of participation will be excluded from participation. In such cases, the prize may also be subsequently reclaimed by the provider.
Data & Publication
The personal data of the participants will be used for the processing of the contest as well as for advertising purposes by the provider or its partners. Participants consent to the use of their data, but may revoke this consent at any time without giving reasons. The provider takes all necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the data from unauthorized access or misuse. The data will only be stored for as long as is necessary for the purpose or for legal reasons.
In the event of a win, participants agree that the provider may publish their name and photo on the social media channels of dein-gewinnspiel.ch and on the platform in connection with the awarding of the prize. This publication is part of the conditions of participation and participants cannot object to the use of their data for this purpose.
By participating, participants agree that their details may be used for advertising purposes, by post, telephone, e-mail and messenger (e.g. WhatsApp) and may be passed on for a fee.
